    • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or color issues (if stock is available).

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

💵 Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
